phaseneon.com operates as an e-commerce platform specializing in the online sale and electronic delivery of Digital Products, including game activation keys for supported platforms. All products sold through the Website are delivered digitally and are not physical goods.
Delivery typically occurs instantly via email and/or through the user’s Account dashboard following successful payment. Registered users may access their purchase history and manage account preferences through their Account.
While we aim to provide continuous access to the Website and Services, availability may occasionally be interrupted due to maintenance, system updates, or technical issues. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific product, platform compatibility, or regional activation eligibility.
6. Digital Product Licensing
When purchasing a Digital Product from the Website, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the product for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You do not acquire ownership of the underlying software or intellectual property.

7. Prohibited Conduct

8. Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the Website are shown in GBP, EUR, or USD and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices may be modified at any time, but changes will not affect Orders already confirmed.
Payments are accepted via credit and debit cards only and are processed securely through third-party payment providers. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method. We do not store card details on our servers.
Currency conversion fees or charges imposed by your bank or card issuer are your responsibility.
9. Delivery of Digital Products

If you do not receive your product or experience issues with delivery, you must contact assist@phaseneon.com promptly. We may reissue the product, provide a replacement, or issue a refund where appropriate, subject to Section 10.
10. Refunds and Cancellations
Due to the nature of Digital Products, all sales are generally final once delivery has occurred. Products that have been delivered are considered used and are not refundable.
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, such as where a key is defective or invalid, delivery failed due to a system error, or a duplicate charge occurred. In such cases, we will first attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement. A refund will be issued only if resolution is not possible.
Refund requests must be submitted within seven (7) days of purchase and must include the Order ID and a description of the issue. Abuse of refunds or chargebacks may result in Account suspension or termination.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
All content, materials, and elements made available on or through the Website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, source code, databases, product listings, layout, design, and overall look and feel (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to NEXAFIN ADVISORY LTD and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, database, and other intellectual property laws in the United Kingdom and internationally.
