EXPLORE THE FORGOTTEN WARD Search multiple floors of the abandoned asylum, including patient rooms, treatment areas, offices, communal wards, and forgotten medical spaces. Use your map and objectives to navigate the building while searching for patient files, collectibles, puzzle items, and pieces of the ward’s history. Certain rooms trigger the protagonist’s thoughts, revealing his reactions to the suffering and events that took place there. PIECE TOGETHER THE PAST Discover patient files, photographs, personal belongings, and other objects left behind by the people who lived and worked inside the asylum. Each discovery reveals another fragment of the ward’s history and brings you closer to understanding why this place feels familiar. Some objects provide answers. Others leave you with questions that may have been better left buried. USE SPIRIT VISION After discovering a strange pair of glasses, you gain access to Spirit Vision.
